Sad departures from Limoges

F-GYDD a Robin DR400-140B and F-GUVE a Diamond Star DA40TDI have been sold.

The two aircraft have been on the fleet of the Aéroclub de Limoges since 2003.

Over the 8 years, they have been used to train new pilots, served many pilots on flights all over France and even to tour around Europe in the case of F-GUVE.

They have become sentimental to many pilots, who have sucessfully completed their 'First Solo' or final 'PPL skills test' abord them during their time in Limoges.

  1. It is sad to see DD go, I never had the pleasure of VE but you told me she was great to fly.
I did my 10 hours of solo, sole X-country and skills test in DD and she carried me along and through to my license when I was a nervous wreck....
